Our Founder

Passionate about the Law, Advocate Vashist founded SSquare (Legal and Corporate Firm) with the motive to provide legal services in 2019.He founded AdviceBiz (A corporate division of Ssquare) to provide all legal aid to clients at domestic as well international level. He is Specialized in Criminal Law. He advises clients on cheating and default cases, Section 420 cases, Cheque Bounce cases, Divorce, and Matrimonial cases, Bail matters, Rape cases, and other criminal matters.

He believes that everyone has the right to justice and has faith in the fraternity, therefore, AdviceBiz also deals in low bono cases.

He is also passionate about the start-up ecosystem in India and has a handful of knowledge of the Ministry of corporate affairs, Intellectual Property rights, licenses and registrations, and other related corporate works.
